Base Verification Team Empty Base Verification Team

Hi!

We decided to make a team called the "Base Verification Team" who will approve and test every base before allowing it to be added.

This team checks all the bases before getting added In-game, to avoid ugly bases,we only want realistic and beautiful bases.
